Shipping Policy
All KINOD products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

Because of this, shipping rates are calculated and set by our fulfillment suppliers based on the product type, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Times
All items are printed and prepared after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Promotions
From time to time, KINOD may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts.

These promotions:

  • May be automatically applied at checkout
  • May require a minimum purchase amount
  • May be available for a limited time only

Promotional shipping offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

KINOD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kinodstore@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
